Your duties will include:

•Ensuring the kitchen is maintained in a hygienic tidy state.
•Assisting in receiving and storing goods within the correct areas
•Storing goods in line with the BM Caterers food safety policies and procedures
•Recording deliveries and carrying out due diligence checks
•Making sure food is labelled correctly and out of date food is discarded
•Ensuring kitchen areas, surfaces utensils/tools are clean & disinfected
•Basic vegetable/salad washing/prep if required

With a Food Safety level 2 certificate, you’ll be expected to read our company manuals to obtain a thorough understanding and knowledge of our products and services.
