Stores Communications Manager, Mexico

DESCRIPTION
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic communications and public relations initiatives and programs to drive awareness, relevance and credibility across all customer segments and external key stakeholders in the county such as: media opinion leaders, thought leaders, local associations, government officials.
- Develop and execute stores communications announcements, campaigns, reports and evergreen contents.
- Write strategic business plans that include campaign and tactics, coordinating and supervising the work with the agency.
- Lead the development of press materials & PR features, such as media pitches, press releases, blogs, visuals, infographics, among others.
- Develop and leverage relationships with retail, finance, technology, business and vertical trade media in Mexico.
- Train and manage spokespeople at all levels for external facing communications including press, analyst engagements, and speaking opportunities.
