Pursuit Strategy & Interview Coaching
- Develop awareness of client organizations, decision-maker profiles, market forces, project drivers, and competitive positioning to inform messaging and differentiation. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for pursuit teams.
- Guide teams in developing strong interview strategies aligned with client priorities, competitive landscape, and Page, now Stantec’s, design perspective.
- Craft messaging frameworks, win themes, narratives, and interview agendas tailored to pursuit strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Pursuits, and Technical teams to align interview voice with written proposal messaging.
- Coach pursuit teams and individuals preparing for shortlist interviews, elevating message clarity, delivery confidence, team chemistry, and audience connection through Page, now Stantec’s, proven process.
