Job Summary:
This senior leadership role is responsible for the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (STP) service delivery. You will manage the relationship between the business units, BPO providers, and the shared service center to ensure high-quality procurement and payment services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic STP Delivery: Oversee the successful migration of STP activities (AP, T&E, and Credit Cards) to the Manila center.
• BPO Management: Monitor and manage BPO provider output, ensuring KPIs and financial objectives are consistently met.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Build constructive relationships with regional stakeholders to ensure smooth process deployment.
