STP Operator

Job Summary:

The STP Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining sewage treatment systems to ensure efficient, safe, and environmentally compliant wastewater treatment. This includes routine monitoring, process adjustments and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) .
• Conduct routine sampling and testing of wastewater to monitor treatment performance.
• Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including flow rates, chemical usage, and laboratory results.
• Report any malfunctions, abnormalities, or equipment failures to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with local environmental and safety regulations.
• Monitor sludge levels and coordinate safe disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the STP facility.
