• Approx. 65 buildings / 800 lots
• Predominantly residential
• Only 1 BMC
• Well-structured, stable portfolio with established clients
• Office-based with WFH flexibility available after probation

Responsibilities

• Full end-to-end management of a residential strata portfolio
• Independently preparing for and running AGMs and EGMs
• Managing owners, committees, contractors, and service providers
• Financial oversight including budgets, levies, and reporting
