Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Assist with the designing and execution of the global Account Management blueprint, helping to develop a service‑led model which drives both client satisfaction and revenue that includes quotas for expansion and retention.
NRR Leadership: Own and expand Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for a high‑value portfolio of London‑based Tier‑1 banks, utilizing a rigorous sales methodology to meet expansion targets.
