Traditional outbound is not working.
More emails won't fix it.
More calls won't either.
And a traditional SDR isn't the solution.
They need someone who thinks strategically about
how
to get in.
Someone who enjoys:
- Breaking into tough rooms
- Getting in front of the right people
- Turning silence into conversations
- Trying different approaches until something works
You'll work closely with the founders, sit in on key calls, and help shape how Su Casa wins strategic accounts as the brand scales.
