Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Account & Revenue Ownership

  2. Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts with complex infrastructure environments.

  3. Develop and execute account plans focused on recurring revenue from Resident Engineer (RE) placements, managed services, and platform optimisation.

  4. Drive multi-year RE engagements tied to infrastructure modernisation, cloud transformation, and operational resilience.

  5. Resident Engineer (RE) Solution Selling

  6. Identify opportunities where embedded engineering is required due to:

  7. Platform complexity (Broadcom/VMware, Nutanix, Dell, hybrid cloud)
  8. Skills gaps, attrition risk, or operational fragility
  9. Regulatory, availability, or performance requirements
