• Write opinions, strategic reports and recommendations on the various files of the general management;
• Produce strategic analyses to guide decisions related to the exploitation of data and AI;
• Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Develop strategic recommendations aligned with the organization’s vision and priorities;
• Prepare and facilitate strategic thinking workshops with stakeholders;
• Define action plans and roadmaps for the implementation of business or governance strategies;
• Monitor best practices and market trends;
• Produce benchmarking and feasibility studies.
