Strategic Advisor - Technology

This position requires that you reside in Oslo or the surrounding area. Proficiency in Norwegian is considered a strong advantage and will be weighted highly in the selection process.

What you'll do

• Lead technical strategy engagements – Take ownership of complex technology challenges, craft technical strategies that balance innovation with pragmatism, and lead cross‑functional teams from architecture decisions to production deployment.
• Drive commercial growth – Own your own sales budget, identify new opportunities, lead client conversations, and build long‑term relationships. Bring in new work and grow existing accounts by demonstrating technical credibility and business value.
• Deliver real results – Be hands‑on in projects when needed, ensuring our technical solutions create measurable business impact—not just impressive architecture diagrams.
