• The position is full-time, on a continuing basis and based at the Townsville Bebegu Yumba campus, Douglas.
• HEWL 8: $111,960 - $128,567 per annum plus up to 17% employer superannuation contributions.

WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH IN THE ROLE

The Strategic Asset Planner is responsible for the development and implementation of an optimised maintenance program and manages the University Strategic Asset Management Framework, asset life cycles and Estate Directorate maintenance strategy to mitigate risks and optimise performance.
