Overview Master's degree in business administration preferable 10 years' experience in change management Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills Responsibilities Develop the Change Management Strategy, plan, including supporting artefacts Plan and manage stakeholder engagements Set up the Business network Conduct the Change Impact Assessment and prepare action plans Mobile business network to support key change Management activities Liaise with training and communications leads to keep them updated on change activities and impacts Prepare and Plan readiness assessment Develop the Training Strategy and Training Needs Analysis for the Jump programme Develop standards and templates Plan and deploy sustainable handover to identified resources to ensure business ownership and alignment Perform ad-hoc quality assurance of training materials and training delivery Enabling and Supporting the Procurement Team with all communication activities relevant to their vendors and their internal t...
