As the Strategic Change Manager, you will work under the VP, Change Acceleration & Learning, to lead the execution of P&C initiatives. Your role involves applying a structured change management approach to foster new ways of working in the organization. You will ensure communications are well-crafted to engage all levels of staff and maintain project momentum through collaboration and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead P&C initiative progress tracking and reporting
• Design communication strategies for effective change implementation
