A leading molecular diagnostics company in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to support corporate development and capital markets activities. The role involves preparing materials for Board approval and coordinating compliance processes in accordance with HKEX regulations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate development or related fields.
