The Top Creator Team partners closely with celebrities, top-tier creators, and rising influencers to accelerate the growth of the e-commerce ecosystem. We focus on building a healthy creator pipeline, elevating content excellence, and enabling creators to succeed commercially across all categories.
About the Role
In this role, you will work directly with celebrities and fast-growing creators to unlock their full commercial potential. You will acquire, incubate, and nurture creators across multiple categories, supporting them in content growth, livestream performance, and overall e-commerce capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Grow and nurture top creators through one-on-one management.
Develop daily and long-term plans to help creators improve content quality, strengthen capabilities, and drive traffic growth.
