Job Description

Leads the overall delivery management of each project under within the managed portfolio, ensuring such are delivered on time, on-budget, and on-scope. 
Defines and finalize project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the business unit and key stakeholders 
Creates and manages the detailed timeline for project execution and ensures that resources are always aligned with such. 
Optimizes utilization of available resources to deliver project activities within the required timeframes and agreed quality and scope 
Coaches, mentors, motivates and supervises project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. 
Updates the project team of the status of the project based on agreed-upon frequency. 
Clears blockers for the SMEs to perform and deliver 
Facilitates learning through postmortem and sprint retrospective
