 The Strategic Development Manager will serve as a strategic advisor and counsel to leaders in Chief Operating Office, assuming day-to-day responsibility for strategic projects and reinforcing cross-departmental collaboration to enable business success.
 As a direct report to Chief Operating Officer, the following key responsibilities are identified.
 Strategic Planning:Lead the annual strategic planning process for the Chief Operating OfficeSupport the Chief Operating Officer in working with external strategic partners and internal stakeholders to define and align strategic business opportunitiesAssist Chief Operating Officer in setting strategic priorities by providing recommendations based on market research and Leadership Team’s inputsPrepare and coordinate business reviews and strategy reports, both on a local and Group levelMaintain a high degree of awareness/knowledge of industry trends to ensure an o...
