Strategic Director of Training and Coaching

Shape the future of ministry as the Strategic Director of Training and Coaching. This fully remote position focuses on developing a comprehensive training and support system for staff across Canada in a meaningful, impactful way.

As a full-time Director, you will enhance the Momentum program by researching effective fundraising strategies and executing training initiatives. Collaborating with chapter leaders and the National Team, your strategic approach will improve Ministry Partner Development engagement. This role combines leadership, teaching, and innovative program development.
