Strategic Global Supply Lead – Small Molecules

MSD Malaysia is seeking an Associate Director, Global Supply Planner in Luzern, Switzerland. This role is responsible for managing the supply chain for Small Molecule products by ensuring inventory aligns with customer demand. You will oversee supply planning, inventory management, and compliance across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and strong skills in supply chain management, operations management, and proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must.
