Strategic Growth and Partnerships Advisor

Overview

Jhpiego is seeking a Strategy and Partnerships Advisor to support Jhpiego in Kenya as well as in the East, Central and Western African Countries. The Advisor will work closely with the Country Director and the Senior Hub Director, as well as with the Strategic Growth and Partnerships (SGP) department at the home office to strengthen Jhpiego's partnerships, donor engagement, and business development efforts. This role will strengthen organizational positioning driving strategic initiatives, coordination, guidance, analysis, and support in identifying funding opportunities aligned with Jhpiego's mission and regional/country goals.The Advisor will develop and nurture partnerships with key actors, including funders, in Kenya and across the region. He/she will apply best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure proposal teams meet timelines and deliverables, escalate complex matters, and collaborate on solutions.
