Job Description

Elevate revenue growth as our Head of Revenue Operations overseeing critical strategies and team dynamics. Partner with the CRO to optimize revenue systems and analytics in a hybrid model.
We seek a strategic leader for the Head of Revenue Operations role, with at least 5 years in Revenue Operations or B2B SaaS. You will manage a RevOps team and ensure data integrity, compensation design, and performance analytics that energize Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your leadership will be crucial in developing operating cadences and growth models aligned with top-level objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the CRO for revenue planning
• Build accurate revenue forecasting models
• Implement pipeline inspection frameworks
• Optimize revenue technology stack
• Mentor and develop the RevOps team
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS
• Experience supporting $15M-$100M ARR organizations
