Job Description

                    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 
1-2 years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within an operations environment. 
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and operational dynamics, with the ability to translate business objectives into HR strategies. 
Proficiency in HRIS systems, performance management tools, and HR analytics. 
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a consultative approach and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
