The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring that HR strategies are aligned with organizational goals across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. The role focuses on driving performance, workforce effectiveness, talent development, and a strong organizational culture by applying a competency-based HR framework.
