                    A leading university in South Africa is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner to align business objectives with management and employees. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment cycle, providing Human Capital analytics, and supporting Labour Relations. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, at least 5 years of HRBP experience, and strong coaching and presentation skills. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are also required.
