Strategic M&A & Corporate Development Associate

A leading molecular diagnostic company in Singapore seeks a Corporate Development Associate to support corporate development and capital markets activities. Responsibilities include compliance support for a HKEX-listed company, preparation of documentation for Board approval, and evaluation of M&A opportunities. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 1–3 years of experience in corporate development or investment banking, and strong communication skills. This role is onsite at Helios in Singapore.
