Strategic Management Office Senior Manager, APAC

The Regional Strategic Management Office Senior Manager (“SMOSM”) serves as the regional strategic execution lead, responsible for driving the translation of global transformation priorities into coherent, executable, and measurable regional programs. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, serving as the primary integrator between global program owners, regional leadership, and functional/divisional stakeholders.

This position holds end‑to‑end accountability for the design, setup, governance, and performance management of regional transformation initiatives, ensuring business readiness, cross‑functional alignment, risk mitigation, and timely issue resolution. Acting as the senior advisor and execution partner to both the Regional Head of SMO and the Regional President’s leadership team, the SMOSM shapes strategic discussions, informs decision‑making, and ensures that regional structures remain optimally aligned with global expectations.
