Job Description
**Major Responsibilities/Activities:**
**_BU portfolio strategy development and product lifecycle management_**
+ Work with brand team and cross-functions to establish BU portfolio strategic plans and LRP (5-10 years Long Range Plan) to support company’s strategy, revenue and profit goals
+ Work with brand team and cross-functions to translate brand lifecycle management strategy, and BU portfolio enhancement strategy into portfolio development project including BD opportunity assessment and business case development
**_BU holistic VBP management and multichannel project management_**
+ Establish BU holistic end-to-end VBP management system and mechanism, work with cross-functions to empower the BU organization to practice end-to-end systematics and precise VBP management to drive business transformation
