Strategic Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the Director's representative in internal meetings when required

• Coordinate and align senior teams across frontend, backend, mathematics, PMO, QA, and system support

• Ensure projects progress according to agreed priorities, timelines, and quality standards

• Track delivery risks, dependencies, and execution blockers

• Support QA and system support functions where leads are not yet in place

• Participate in meetings with business partners and external stakeholders

• Reinforce company culture, core values, and professional standards

• Improve cross-team communication and execution efficiency

Education/ Skills Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
