Become an essential driver for referral volume at Perch as a Strategic Partnerships Account Manager. Nurture warm relationships to fulfill the potential of enterprise partnerships across Canada. In this role, you will foster day-to-day partner relationships, moving them from awareness to active referrals. You'll create tailored account plans, leveraging your communication and organizational skills to engage and educate partners, enhancing their referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships post-handoff from leadership
  • Develop campaigns and educational events for partners
  • Organize and track referral activity and pipeline success
  • Collaborate with mortgage agents for seamless client experiences

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years in partnership or B2B relationship management
  • Robust track record in increasing referral volume
  • Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences
