Strategic partnerships manager

The Strategic Partnerships Manager acts as a key representative of Capital Health within the communities it serves, building and managing the strong relationships necessary to support organizational growth and improve local health outcomes. This role focuses on four core pillars – Engagement, Education, Advocacy and Impact – to ensure all partnership efforts are purposeful, measurable and community-centered. The role also identifies and develops strategic collaborations that align with Capital Health’s mission and provide clear benefits to the community. The role requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, to support community meetings, events and partnership activities, and local travel within Bucks, Mercer and surrounding counties.

Pay Range: $94,140.80 - $122,990.40
