Strategic Plan Development Consultant

The consultant is expected to deliver the following:

1. Inception report, including methodology, work plan, and stakeholder

engagement strategy.

1. Desktop research and contextual analysis summary.

2. Stakeholder consultation synthesis report.

3. Draft Strategic Plan, including strategic framework, results framework,

sustainability guidance, and implementation plan.

1. Facilitation of validation workshops with key stakeholders.

2. Final Strategic Plan incorporating feedback.

3. Executive summary and presentation-ready versions of the strategy.

**Required Qualifications and Experience

The consultant or firm should demonstrate:**
