Job Description

                    Strategic Planning Executive /Up to $4,500 Basic @Alexandra Road  Attend customers’ enquiries & process pricing estimates/quotations. 
Coordinate, negotiate & gather data for quote preparation. 
Price reviewing, budgeting, analysing and support monthly reporting. 
Assist in preparing, analysing customers and suppliers’ forecast/actual demands. 
Experience in handling shipment arrangements, coordinating with customers/suppliers/forwarders.  
 Supply Chain Coordinator /Up to $4,500 /Mon-Fri;8.30am-5.30pm @Alexandra Rd  Coordinate & negotiate with internal/external parties such as customers, suppliers & freight forwarders. 
Daily shipment arrangement, PO generating, SAP input, invoice & BL checking. 
Perform supplier and customer management (order backlog & forecast management). 
Perform cost analysis (awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost).
