Provide the US Africa Command (AFRICOM) J5 Strategy Division with strategic planning and policy analysis expertise to ensure the continuous development, integration, and governance of the AFRICOM Theater Strategy and/or the AFRICOM Campaign Plan. Analyze higher-level policy, strategy, plans, and guidance to develop, staff, and continually assess AFRICOM concepts, strategies, and plans to support strategic command decision-making and achieve AFRICOM objectives in the AOR.
