Strategy & Operations:
Formulate expansion strategies through data analysis, issue identification, countermeasure implementation, and process optimization; develop sales plans and monitor department P&L.
Sales Management:
Strengthen engagement with existing customers (including new lane development) and acquire new clients via proactive hunter sales; review and benchmark pricing against competitors.
Client Management:
Build long-term partnerships, analyze client needs, and collaborate internally to design tailored logistics solutions with value-added services; maintain CRM records and report performance.
Market & Industry Intelligence:
Analyze market data, track trends, monitor competitors, and stay updated on industry conditions to identify growth opportunities.
