About the role:

The Strategic Portfolio Management and Launch Excellence Manager will lead Takeda’s Taiwan portfolio optimization and product launch strategies across therapeutic areas including, but not limited to immunology, oncology, neuroscience, rare disease and vaccine. The role supports launch preparations, develops innovative solutions for launch challenges, and actively manages uncertainties to maximize the value of Takeda’s brands in Taiwan. He/She is responsible for delivering and facilitating cross-functional alignment to a globally consistent launch framework and process for Taiwan's launch planning and execution, while leading Taiwan’s launch management performance to maximize the potential of innovative product launches.
