Strategic Product & Go-To-Market Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
• 4–8 years of experience in Product, Strategy, GTM, Consulting, Program Management, or related roles
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ownership and execution mindset
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with business and technical teams
• Experience in technology, fintech, SaaS, digital platforms, or startup environments
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle and go-to-market processes
• Experience preparing strategic presentations, reports, and business recommendations
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, JIRA, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar collaboration tools
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and workflows is a plus
