Strategic Programs & Market Expansion Lead

As a Lead in Commercial Programs & Market Expansion Project Manager, you will drive complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, translating strategic priorities into structured execution and tangible business impact. You will work across Commercial, Product, Operations, Tech, and regional teams to bring clarity, drive focus, and ensure initiatives are implemented effectively. This role is part of our Global Commercial Strategy & Operations team, reporting into the Head of Commercial Strategic Initiatives & Market Expansion.
