Job Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between guests, internal teams and external partners in our short-term rental management company.

• Own end-to-end guest communication before, during and after stays to ensure a seamless experience.
• Take responsibility for managing and resolving any issues related to guest communications that may arise with internal teams or service providers.
  

To succeed as an Operations Manager you will need strong interpersonal skills combined with technical expertise. Key attributes include:
