The Opportunity

This is a permanent, full-time position.

As the Strategic Resource Associate, you will support the Strategic Resource Manager, Chief Sales Officer, the Production team, and Account teams by providing sales support, managing CRM data and reporting, coordinating marketing initiatives, and developing professional sales materials.

What You’ll Bring to Our Team

• Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in a corporate coordination, sales support, marketing, or administrative role.
• Experience supporting sales teams or marketing initiatives considered an asset.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred, but not required.
