Job Description

•   Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (preferred).

•   Advanced, fluent proficiency in English         

•   Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in Business Development, Corporate Technical Sales, Strategic Account Management, or complex Industrial Sales. (Mandatory)

•   Mandatory experience in sectors such as precision machining, contract manufacturing, component manufacturing, assembly, or industrial systems integration.

•   Demonstrable solid success in opening corporate accounts and closing high-value deals with long sales cycles.

•     Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

•   Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to resolve financial/operational objections.

•   Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new market opportunities in the precision machining and systems assembly sectors.
