Strategic Sourcing Support:- Assist in the development and execution of sourcing strategies for HR services in alignment with business goals.
- Support the vendor selection process, including conducting market research, collecting vendor proposals, and evaluating potential suppliers.
- Help facilitate the preparation of RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information) for HR service categories.2.
Vendor Management & Performance Monitoring:- Track and analyze vendor performance data to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and contract terms.
- Support vendor relationship management by preparing performance reports and conducting reviews of ongoing contracts.
