Strategic Sourcing and Contract Specialist

As a Strategic Sourcing and Contract Specialist you will support cross-operating group sourcing initiatives across Canada and the U.S. This key role partners closely with operations and leadership teams to identify sourcing opportunities, reduce supply chain risk, and drive cost efficiencies—particularly within construction, equipment, and raw material/commodity categories. You are a subject matter expert in procurement and contract negotiation, with deep knowledge of strategic sourcing, market analysis, and vendor management in a project-driven environment. Your expertise supports annual savings targets by streamlining supply chain operations and driving innovation in procurement practices. You collaborate cross-functionally to align sourcing strategies with broader business goals, ensuring sustainable and measurable outcomes.
