Role Overview

ID.me is seeking a Technical Sourcing Lead to serve as a dedicated, deeply strategic sourcing partner within our modern technical recruiting function.  This role will require being in the Mountain View, CA office 5 days per week 

While all recruiters at ID.me source, this role is different. This is a true sourcing expert and technology evangelist, hired to take our sourcing capabilities to the next level. You will be responsible for pushing the boundaries of how technical talent is identified, engaged, and nurtured, well beyond traditional outbound and pipeline building.

This role is for someone who lives and breathes the tech talent market. You have a pulse on both micro and macro trends, understand what motivates today’s technical talent, and stay constantly connected to the ecosystem.
