Negotiation, alternate sourcing, localization, VAVE Capacity Management - Detailed capacity analysis, Gap analysis and action planning and effective execution
Supplier Management -Onsite supplier assessments, identification of Gaps, action planning and monitoring
Adherence to Statutory requirement for Audit
