Strategic sourcing - plastic

Key Responsibilities
Procure Plastic, MS, Aluminium & Electrical RM at optimal cost with on-time delivery
Execute strategic sourcing : RFQs, cost comparison, negotiation & finalization
Plan RM based on forecast & MRP ; maintain inventory hygiene
Create & track POs ; follow up on critical / red items
Reduce stock-outs through proactive planning & expediting
Drive incoming rejection reduction with Quality & suppliers
Deliver cost savings via value engineering & new vendor development
Develop, evaluate & improve supplier performance and capacity
Maintain procurement documentation & MIS in ERP
Coordinate with PPC, Production, Quality & Finance
