Responsibilities:

Strategic Supplier Engagement and Development

• Engage directly with suppliers—particularly Chinese OEMs, distributors, and agents—to build and sustain strong, trust-based commercial relationships.
• Take an active role in identifying, onboarding, and developing strategic supplier partnerships aligned with long-term category objectives.
• Interpret and navigate cultural nuances during counterpart interactions to foster deeper alignment and mutual understanding.

Commercial Negotiation Support and Execution

• Participate in commercial negotiations, contributing to the structuring of pricing, payment terms, warranties, and delivery commitments.
• Prepare counterparty engagement strategies and negotiate directly under the guidance of Immediate Supervisors.
• Ensure supplier positions, negotiated terms, and risk considerations are clearly documented and internally aligned.
