Role Description

We are seeking a Project-Based Recruiter to support targeted hiring needs on a part-time, remote basis. This role focuses on sourcing and recruiting experienced sales experts/appointment setters with strong organizational and communication skills.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in international recruiting across multiple regions.

You’ll work closely with the hiring team to understand role requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations while ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience.
