We are seeking a Project-Based Recruiter to support targeted hiring needs on a part-time, remote basis. This role focuses on sourcing and recruiting experienced sales experts/appointment setters with strong organizational and communication skills.
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in international recruiting across multiple regions.
You'll work closely with the hiring team to understand role requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations while ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract qualified administrative candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels
Recruit administrative professionals from approved international markets
Profiles and conduct initial interviews
