Directly reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will manage end-to-end sourcing activities while developing strategic initiatives tailored to operational needs. Candidates should have a solid foundation of 5-10+ years of experience in procurement, ideally in mining or heavy industries, and the ability to lead negotiations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage sourcing processes from RFQs to awards
• Create sourcing strategies focused on cost savings
• Analyze supplier proposals and support contract negotiations
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams on needs
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
Requirements:
• 5-10+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience
